He posted that in the "t" thread, a coach said to him " Learn the rule"
I'd challenge any , I mean ANY, coach to a rules test and I bet I can beat over 90% of them. I bet most of us on this board could get a better score than over 90% of them. I take pride in the test, the last 3 years I have gotten over 90% on the test, 94, 91 and 96 this year. I do wish they had to take a test so they could understand that we do know the rules.
