We had both teams in bonus with 3:15 left in the third quarter last week. The thought occurred to me, why not just charge by the foul, instead of a price set in advance!

Interesting idea, dollar a "regular foul" 5 dollars a T. I wonder if Mark's partner really thinks that's the way it is. (Mark probably told him that before the game started, who wouldn't believe Mark??)

Isn't this how the NBA guys did it? Refer to Donaghy book (first foul call tips the ball boy)
