Chseagle know what his duty must be. He took the Oath of the Census, didn't he?

Be gentle though, Chseagle. Maybe you could try putting your family to sleep first. Try reading them a chapter of your best-seller "Confessions Of A Shot-Clock Operator".

Thankfully my mother & father are used to me working Census, from when I was NRFU & GQ Enumerator in 2000. My wife on the other hand isn't quite used to it as when I did Address Canvassing I didn't have paperwork to sneak peeks at.

What best-seller?

Anywho, concerning next Friday & Saturday, it should be a lot of fun doing both 4A & 3A Regionals. So after next weekend, as for WIAA Classifications, I haven't done Table Operations for 1B or 2B games.

How is basketball crap?

I'd rather be bowling than stuck at home LMAO.

At least I'll be sitting while working since doing table operations.

There's not really much I can say since the operation I'm training for I don't know much about concerning Census.

If you question prison inmates, is it called a "con-census".

Welpe Sat Feb 20, 2010 09:09pm

It's a shame Diebler is kind of busy right now, he'd be the ultimate Census Enumerator.

Generally for Correctional Centers, that's part of Group Quarters Enumeration. Depending on the facility, the population would be given their own census form to fill out either in their block, or all population together in the mess hall filling out the census form.

In 2000, neither was the case however, the Correctional Center I assisted in enumerating, gave the Crew Leader a population roster & a crew of 6 enumerators plus the Crew Leader & Crew Leader Assistant spent 8 hours filling out the census forms.

I've asked before, but I may have deleted it.

Oh, Mr Secret Agent Census Man, this wonderful governmentalese prose warms the very cockles of my heart.

In other news, I'm hoping there are no serious injuries for the rest of the season.

Also, from the sounds of it, gonna have a new scoreboard control system to learn as the facility has a new scoreboard compared to last year.

Let's just hope the scoreboard is fully functional this year compared to last year.

Yes, let's all join hands, make a circle, raise our arms to the heavens and hope.

Nay, not just hope, pray!!!!! Pray, I tell ya!!!!!!

Personally I'm gonna say 2 Novenas and 3 Hail Marys. And repeat as necessary.

And I'm not even Catholic.......

Do you think it might help if we arranged a benefit for the scoreboard? ScoreboardAid?
We are the world
We are the children...

For those wishing to make a donation, I will volunteer to be the recipient of all funds. Yup, ol' JR is always willing to do his share in these moments of crisis. All personal checks must be certified though and made out to me. Receipts will be given as I'm certain that we can gain tax-free charitable status for such a worthy cause. Think of all of those little scoreboards out there that might benefit in the future from our efforts. Give 'til it hurts.

Maybe next year we can take on a much more difficult cause, but one which might be even more worthy. We can try to make Chseagle fully functional.

I doubt it.

It was fun for a while, but it's tiresome (at least to me) now.

The official's interaction with the scorer's table is a valid discussion topic. The rest of his posts could be dropped with no loss to the board (again, imo).

Didn't really need a cue. One of my favorite songs. Catchy lyrics and a great guitar riff. Back in the 60's, anything related to espionage was "groovy".

I'm trying that myself on a few posters. Can't decide if it really helps.

Hey? Are you allowed to do that? If you did, who would moderate? Anarchy would reign in this Forum. Anarchy, I say.
