Game Clock
Game clock reads 5:35. Horn buzzes on the dead ball. Official goes to the table. Timer tells the official he believes he placed 7 minutes on the clock insted of 8 minutes to start the quarter.
 If the officials can recall that the period did start with the incorrect time, then can the game clock be changed?
