what are the OT time periods for college and the NBA.
In HS is it the same for all levels? --edit 4 mins unless noted Some of the posters here might say if you allow the game to get to a 4th OT you failed as a ref.. Length of Overtime Last edited by mutantducky; Fri Dec 11, 2009 at 05:25pm. |

In Missouri, OT for non-varsity games is 2 minutes. There was a Boys varsity game in St louis last year that went 5 OT's. I forget the final score and other details. It was not my game.
