California HS Shot Clock

Does anyone in California (high school) who know the state adopted rule on shot clock reset upon kick ball? Does it reset to 30 or 35 in all cases? Or does it not reset if over 15, and reset to 15 if under 15, like in college?

P.S. is what that part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated from it.
