NBA: Greatest Dunk??

I saw a clip of a "top ten dunk" made by Dwayne Wade, but it looks like the ref called it a PC. Am I wrong in how I saw that call? How can it be a greatest dunk if it was a foul?

It was a foul on the defender. In other words, an "And 1".

the dunk by Lawson tonight vs the lakers was awesome. so was Wade's but neither is the greatest ever. I think that honor belongs to...Chris Mullin

Okay, well, it looked like the PC punch, but perhaps that was a badly executed "count the basket" signal. I sure didn't think it was the "greatest dunk of all time," though. Seemed pretty routine to me. Assuming the foul was for the defender being inside the restricted area, Wade must have known he could just slam him, so I don't see how that's such a great feat. But then, I'm no NBA fan. Perhaps there's something I'm missing.

Wade is about 6'4" and Varejao is 6'11", so that is pretty impressive by itself.
