No, not at all. The requirement to be governor of "The Last Frontier", is that you have to be able to see Russia from your backyard, and you also have to possess the skill to shoot a wolf from a flying helicopter.

Not a requirement, but it does get you brownie points. Don't forget a moose must have died at your hands as well.

In NC, the exam is 100 T/F questions. You get two hours. You get one chance. If you don't make 65, you don't work.
