I can visualize the play, let's see if I can describe it:

Player A is taking the ball out of bounds. Player B reaches over the plane and slaps Player A on the arm.
What is the call? Does it make a difference whether the ball was over the plane? The arm? Neither?
THanks. YOu must have patience with us Rookies!

If the ball and the contact occured beyond the plane on the court side, it would be a personal.

If the contact was beyond the plane OOB, then it is an Intentional.

If the contact is on the Ball on the OOb side, T.

When player B reaches through the plane and slaps A on the arm, you have an intentional foul. If player B reached through the plane and hit the ball, it would be a technical foul.

If player A reaches through the plane, the ball is fair game.
