There is a difference between being a licensed vendor and being the official IHSA Vendor.

I would be surprised that Honigs no longer sells IHSA stuff. They just are not the official vendor the way I understand it anymore. Official's Call is also a licensed vendor which we use for all our IACAO Camps.
