Stop the video at the 19 mark and you can clearly see she is going through the basket.

Not if you look carefully. Her body, at one point, is beyond the edges of the rim as she was supposedly passing through. She passed in front of the rim and either flicked the net with her hand on the way by or they had the net rigged to a string with someone out of the scene controlling it.

Well, that explains the net moving like it did. Now way it explains her head reaction, though. There had to be a 2nd shooter somewhere.
