I heard one change is that for every player with a bad haircut, it's an indirect technical on the head coach.

Mark Padgett: Great news for you. The NFHS is going back to using one of Dr. Naismith's original rules, Rule 13, with some minor changes:
In case of a draw, the game may, by agreement of the officials, be continued until another goal is made.

Actually, what I found was:
In the case of a draw the game may, by agreement of the captains, be continued until another goal is made. Everybody knows officials are not agreeable.
