Game's A Draw Guys, Everybody Go Home And Kiss Their Sister ...
Mark Padgett: Great news for you. The NFHS is going back to using one of Dr. Naismith's original rules, Rule 13, with some minor changes:
In case of a draw, the game may, by agreement of the officials, be continued until another goal is made. |

Actually, what I found was:
In the case of a draw the game may, by agreement of the captains, be continued until another goal is made. Everybody knows officials are not agreeable. |

When 2 teams meet, whose coaches expect the officials to put them on the line all night. At the discretion of the officials, in lieu of a normal game, each official may inform each coach that each team will have their starting 5 line up at the free-throw line and shoot 10 free throws each. The team that hits the most free throws out of 50 wins. If there is a tie score, each head coach will shoot 10 free throws. If there is still a tie, a shootout will commence and the first coach to miss loses. Officials receive full game fee and if the game is decided by the coaches at the line they will receive game fee and a half.
