You conveniently leave out the fact that basketball commentators don't know the rules, and those "same officials" you're talking about here are talking about judgment calls that are clearly wrong. You also leave out the fact that you refuse to post anything that could be construed as admitting that a football official might have missed a call. On the other hand, I routinely point it out if I think a basketball official kicked a call.
