T on a coach for screaming at Own Team?

Actually, it's in the books somewhere (or it used to be) that you have the right to T this coach, but you'd better be judicious about it. I wouldn't unless there was serious profanity or downright abuse involved -- ie something aimed at an individual, or any racial or gender insults.
