I saw this video on SportsCenter and the time remaining according to the ESPN announcers was 0.5 sec. Meaning, by rule there was a enough time for a field goal attempt to be taken.

Did anyone notice the scoreboard behind the basket? Did I see one of the teams had 3 points? Maybe that's why there was no excessive celebration - it was only the end of the 1st quarter?

That stuck out for me on the play.
The "shooter" looked to the official to see if it counted and walked to the huddle.
I sent him *8 Cool Points*.
