I hear you, just wish those evaluators could give you some feedback at halftime. That way they can see you make adjustments in the 2nd half & it gives them the "he's coachable" perception.
Getting it after the game is cool, but they probably aren't going to come see you work the next game.

I got half-time feedback from my evaluations.

ROTATE!

After the game, she mentioned that she'd noticed I was doing a much better job of rotating.

Camp or real game? In my area, during the season they kind of sneak in & lay low until after the game. Then you see them creeping out the wood work with a pad & pen

My veteran partners always seem to spot them though.

We have to request they come (which is why it helps we can see who the varsity refs are after our jv games) and evaluate us. I'm trying to get used to the system, though. They really didn't do official evaluations over on the WS.
