what's the call

a player was dribbling, back to the basket, then stops the dribble. A tall lanky defender reaches around with both hands and ties up the ball from behind without making contact with the offensive player. I guess what I'm trying to find out is, what would the call be: jumb ball, reach in foul, no call...

No such thing as a reach in foul. Without contact, you can not have a foul. If the dribbler can't get the ball away without undue force, it's a "held ball."
