Are you kidding? Assuming that there are no age issues, the law tells you who you can or cannot date?

Maybe this is a Canadian thing that you would not understand the premise of the comments; but he was making a joke about two states that rightfully or wrongfully is accused of people "Dating your sister" type behavior. I think you missed the joke.

I think it is legal in Alabama and Mississippi. No wait, that has to do with siblings and first cousins.
