Long Sleeve undershirt

My first game this year, point guard had a long sleeve under armour undershirt. First time I had this happen. We allowed it for the reasons already given here but I asked the coach why the player wore it. He apparently has tattoo's up and down both arms which the school does not allow so to attend and play it is long sleeves.
I'm not sure how this school will handle the interp from Bob on the undershirt having to end above the elbow.

This was an issue with Lebron James during his HS years. They affixed sticky, white patches over the tattoos on his arms.
