Yup, Rita, try one of these. I still like the clip-to-the-loop ones best, but for back up the Smitty Noose is better than the regular "PE teacher" lanyard, which sways back and forth when I run and hits me in the face. Ugh.

You two ladies have not seen as many westerns as I have. I'm scared of anything called a"noose" especially when the crowd chants, I've got a rope, I've got a tree." By the way, its good to see both of you two back on this forum again!
