Cool Timeouts
Team A makes a basket, Team B get's ready to throw the ball in. Team A's Head
Coach wants a Timeout, the official told the Coach he didn't have possession after a made basket so no time out was granted, is this the correct call?

Once the ball is at the disposal of team B, Team A may not be granted a timeout
