Just cut a small hole in the elastic band and take the elastic out that way. Simple and you don't have to buy another jacket.

I have thought about getting one tailored to what I want, but I would much rather just spend the money and get the older model jacket and be done with it.

Open Bottom=no elastic in bottom of jacket, correct.

I used to think they looked bad, but now I think I would like it and wear it well.

Thanks for any help that can be given

I believe I have an old Sahara jacket hanging in the closet. Let me check and see if it meets your qualifications...

I do have the Sahara jacket, but it has some elastic at the bottom. The elastic is not very tight. It's a Medium.

does it have the college logo on it?

can you take a picture of it so I can see how loose it is at the bottom?

sorry if this seems picky or anything, but I really want to find the correct jacket
