Arbiter question

On the Start Page after login, I get menus on the left that include:
Schedule
Assocation
Payroll
Lists
Blocks
Account

A fellow official on my football crew does not get the Lists and Blocks menus.

Does anyone know what the problem maybe and how we can correct it?

Same assignor? I use the Arbiter with a couple of different assignors, and each one can pick certain features that the other may not use.

Same for me. If it's the same assignor, then I don't know why you'd have different options.

Options can be customized on a user by user basis. You can allow some officials to Block, and others NOT to block.

The assignor has not set any customizations. All officials can block to complete their closeouts.

He's going to check the permissions but everyone should have had the same default profile.

He's on my football crew. We have the same assignor.
