FIBA makes historic rules changes

FIBA is trying to fall more in line with NBA and NCAA rules trying to get to the point where ther is only one set of rules for all basketball.

This was mentioned in a thread a little while ago: FIBA changing three point line and key

Seem like good changes to me.
