Exclamation Interesting stat

Heard on the tube today that Rasheed Wallace is the only player in NBA history with at least 100 blocked shots and 100 successful 3-pointers. I gotta admit, that shows an incredible amount of versatility.

Lists Sheed as having 200+ in 2005... probably coming close to 300 by now.

Sloan is the all-time leader with 400+ (as a player and coach).

How many you think Crawford has handed out? That would be an interesting stat...

It's 100 3's and 100 blocks in one season.

He either has done it more than anyone else or is the only one to do it, I forget which one they said.

There was a story in the paper this morning that said Shaq has only one successful 3 pointer in his career. It was a desperation heave at the horn one night. Shaq is quoted as saying that the only way he'll try another is if he has 97 points in a game at the end and needs a 3 to tie Wilt.

I caught the tail end of a radio score update that I thought said that Tim Duncan just made his first 3-point basket of his career - pretty wild - especially for someone who's as good a shooter as he has proven to be.

I was watching the game when he made that 3 to send the game to the second OT I think. The announcers said he made 3 during the year. The only problem with that stat is the fact that the announcers said it.
