Naw, anybody that mighta tried to chastise you for informing a team when they were out of TO's would have also been chastised(severely) by this board for telling you to ignore a rule-->rule 2-11-6.
You follow rules. Instructing players/coaches as to existing rules is a whole 'nother matter.
