Poi On Double Foul

A fellow ref brought a situation to me where he called a double foul during a throw in. He felt that because there is no team control during the throw in the POI should be the A/P. I feel the POI is the throw in and the ball should go back to the throw in team. Which is correct?

You go to the POI -- the POI is the throw in and that is where you go back to. The POI is a simple concept that some guys can complicate it so much.

Simple Point of Interruption is the throw-in thus report double foul go back to throw-in.
