Double Foul?

How would rule on this: 4th and 10 at the 50 for K. K1 holds, and R1 blocks in the back during the return. K2 grabs facemask to make the tackle at R's 40. Is this a double foul and the down would be replayed? Thanks in advance for any input.

R can keep the ball, but must decline the penalties on K. R's penalty will be assessed.
