during a live ball play B1 fouls A1, which is the 7th team foul. after the play A1 receives a deadball technical foul which is his 5th foul. does A1 get to shot his free throws or is a sub required because he has fouled out with the techncal foul.

My sequence of events:
1. Coach must replace A1 with sub A6.
--------Other subs allowed in at this time.
2. Clear lane and A6 shoots one-and-one
3. At other end, Team B shoots 2 for the technical

4. Team B ball at the division line for throw in.

You forgot the following before your number 4:
Team B shoots another four shots for the technicals on Coach A and on Assistant Coach A for complaining about the technical called on A1.
