Juulie, we should introduce your 8 year old granddaughter to my 8 year old grandson. Just think if when she grows up she married him how perfect their children would be. They could name their first kid "Ref".

No, you aren't too old, provided you are in shape. In fact, in some ways, with 16 years of experience, you have some advantage to being that old. Gray hair CAN help. If you aren't in shape, get there first.

Also, while I hate to sound like I'm bringing race into this, if you are African American, or maybe Hispanic in certain areas, that will only help. If you look like Tom Washington (NBA ref), white, black, or green, and can call, you're a cinch!!

I'm Baaaack,
Is Rut still alive???
I would have thought he would have met his demise by now.
To be serious, If You are fit, have good floor presence and are capable to work that level-no problem. Look at Dick Bavetta he is still at the top.

Dick came into the NBA around 30 years ago. He is not in the same category of someone that is trying to break in. Officials are not judged the same as long time veterans. Ask Joey Crawford.

Peace
