And Juulie, that's not a mechanic for Women's ball as the only real counts we have are the 5 second closely guarded on a held ball and 5 second to pass the ball inbounds...if someone is using that, they are making up their own mechanics...we do sometimes use the fist out to the side to let our crew know we have a media time-out coming at the next dead ball.
