mini-foul signal as in a fist in the air? Weird! I've never seen that!

Oh, wait, a closed fist to the side? Yea, I've seen that in women's college. it's at the end of any visible count to signify that the Rubicon has been crossed, so to speak.

Of course, it would never be used to mark the end of the 10-second backcourt count in NCAA-W ball...

I'll have to watch for this. I work a handful of women's games every year and haven't seen a partner do this mechanic. I wouldn't add it unless an assignor specifically told me they wanted to see it.
