strange mechanics or not

Have an official in area who, when doing 10 second count, gives a mini foul signal when dribbler crosses division line. Although a relatively new official, she tends to use college women's mechanics blended in with a few odd signals.

Is the a mechanic from a place far, far away? Never have seen it done anywhere.

I'm just askin'
