1. Clearly an intentional foul. (But very unwise of you to inquire about something from the previous game proir to the start of yours. The officials may take it as you are already complaining.)

2. Some states have specifically instructed their officials to ensure that the team members have their shirts tucked in during warm-ups. I believe that North Carolina is one such state.
