Here's the really cool mechanic to use when calling a technical. After showing both thumbs up, you move one thumb on top of the other to make the "T".

Look, Mark, I think this is bad advice. I mean, without the leather jacket, the thumbs up is going to look like a held ball signal. Isn't that kinda confusing?
