Double Foul...Alt Poss or POI

I am taking a test that says...

T/F The alternating possession is used after a double personal foul.

The test is indicating that it's a true statement. I though that it's now a POI, not an AP. Am I wrong or is the test wrong?

It is POI, which may lead to using the A/P if there is no team control.

I would have answered F.

That's what I answered, but was told it was wrong...I'm using the "Athletic Rules Study" software...

And what was the general category of the question? If it was during the jumpball administration (or a few other times), it would be true.

From what year is the test? This was a rule change a few years ago and that is likely the reason for your answer not matching the key.

While using this same software, I noticed that two of the answers were incorrect based on rule changes. It was still a good tool because it made me look up the current rule to check my memory.
