Section 14. Penalty for Flagrant Technical Fouls

Art. 1. The penalty for a flagrant technical foul shall be two free throws awarded to a player of the offended team and possession of the ball to the offended team at the designated spot at the division line.

If I had defended my position and said this was my opinion then he would have thought you give the ball back to Team A. Then he would have told us all how wrong the NCAA is and that this will happen to them some day and they need to do the right thing. Then he would have claimed that his big-time rec. game this took place and he set the record straight.
