thanks for the replies
i guess i'm back where i started rule book does not seem to address situation except for timer and official book - 2 spots mark d uses the word "usually" which doesn't exactly strengthen my case of impropriety against the home team oh well thanks again (sure do enjoy dropping by with my goofy questions from time to time)
