NBA and NCAA-W both can have a 5 second count at lead if it's in their primary.

The NBA 5 second count is when the player with the ball has his back to the basket. There is no 5 second closely guarded in the NBA.

Actually it's when the player is below the free throw line extended and DRIBBLING with his back to the basket, but let's not get too technical.
