And to elaborate on those 5 wins, those were actually wins against the bottom 4, since Stanford was in fact the #6 team in the league. Which means they also had 5 wins against the top 5 teams in their league.

EDIT: Compare that to Syracuse, who many people felt should have been in with their 23-9 record including 10-6 in the Big East. Of their 10 conference wins, only 2 of those came against the top 5 teams in the league. The other 8 were against the bottom 9 teams in the league, and they also LOST to 3 of those bottom 9 teams.

Gotta love VCU giving Duke everything they can handle. Best game so far of the evening set

Gotta feel bad for the Michigan State player with the elbow dislocation. Nasty looking.

Don't guess you want to talk about GW do you? They were shellacked by Vandy.

Especially since Duke lost at the end. That makes any game worth watching!

Not happy right now. Thankfully I won't have to step back on Georgetown's campus for another week or so.

Out here where people are on PST, they were morning games!

PS Is this where I'm supposed to write some remark about GW's performance?

I must say that I was thrilled that Duke lost, since I took VCU on the money line at +240

Every year, I dismiss the SEC when I make my bracket and every year I get burned come game time. Maybe I'll learn something for next year.
