Intentional Foul Question

Just wondering when you have an Intentional foul on a made basket, how many freethrows do you shoot? I know intentional fouls are two shots and the ball out of bounds but when the shot goes in is it still two shots or is it just one shot and the ball out of bounce? had this happen last night on a lay-up, girl released the ball on the lay-up then the defender put both hands in her back and knocked her to the floor, the shot went in, so I just wondering if we got the amount of freethrows correct or not? Need some help here. Thanks.
