Logos on the floors

Logos do look different, seem to have more of a shine to them. Are they actually covered in polyurethane like the rest of the floor?

It would appear that these floors were made specifically for the NCAA Tourney. The two floors are identical except for the location and host school logos.

Makes sense. I wonder how much the NCAA or whoever shells out for those floors?

I don't know but I'd bet it's hundeds of thousands, which would bring up the question, "Why don't they spend a tenth of that for Precision Timing?"
