Two quick questions

Help me out guys im having a CRS day,

I walk in at the end of a game, friend comes over and asks how this could be.
An intentional foul was called, A1 shot 4 free throws, then A1's team given the ball. I asked if a T was called after the Int. he said no.

There is no other way to be rewarded 4 shot is there?


Second question,

For NFHS rules, when does the basket count on an offensive foul?
