Two quick questions

I saw this in a local game this year. It's wrong. No 4 free throws for an intentional foul.

2 shots and the ball, even if the basket is good. could be 3 shoots and the ball on a 3 point shot.

No basket on an offensive foul, but if the shooter is fouled by another player while in the air then commits an offensive foul, I believe he can shoot 2 shoots. I know some one will find that rule, but I think I am correct.

I think we are looking at rule 4-11, 4-19-6, 9

I believe if a multiple foul is committed on the shooter of a 3 point attempt, he/she gets 4 free throws.

Maybe they called a multiple intentional foul?

If you have a double foul between a shooter and a defender (a "blarge," for example), and the shot is released before contact, it would count if it's made.

NFHS rules.

I don't believe any player control foul basket counts. You could say he landed then ran into the player, but no basket for a player control foul in high school no matter when the ball was released.

Correct, but if it's part of a double foul, it is no longer a player control foul. Therefore, the shot would count on a blarge if the ball was released prior to contact.

If it's an unsuccessful try, yes 4 throws. 4.19.11d

Sort of, he asked if there was any possible way to get 4 free throws on one foul, thus the multiple foul.
