I saw this in a local game this year. It's wrong. No 4 free throws for an intentional foul.

2 shots and the ball, even if the basket is good. could be 3 shoots and the ball on a 3 point shot.

No basket on an offensive foul, but if the shooter is fouled by another player while in the air then commits an offensive foul, I believe he can shoot 2 shoots. I know some one will find that rule, but I think I am correct.

I think we are looking at rule 4-11, 4-19-6, 9
