How small do CKs run?

Everyone says Cliff Keen pants run small. How small. Are we talking about 2" in the waist small? Are they true on length?

I just picked up a pair and it did seem a little tighter. Maybe by about a half inch is all. Certainly not 2 inches, though.

Seems every time I put mine on they seem to get smaller....
