Assignor / Referee Ratio - Page 2

I assign our local kids rec league. I have 23 officials (including me). I don't get paid, but I get to select my own games and partners from December through March. That makes it almost worth it.

No assigner for me. I schedule all of my own games. I only work for the people who treat me well.

Oh - I forgot to mention that I use a very sophisticated software to schedule our rec league. It's called "Excel". You may have heard of it.

Actually he's a very nice man. Not an a$$ at all.

And he's a "big dog". But he's one of those who does it with a smile on his face. Though in his case, he's probably just laughing at me.
