Who shoots it?
A1 is rebounding, and is between B1 and B2. My partner calls a foul on B2 for a classic "over the back." A1 believes that the foul is called on him for being in B1's back. As he believes this is his 5th foul, he cusses at my partner. I give him a T for his fifth foul.
Team A is in the bonus. I know you penalize the fouls in the order they occur, but does A1 stay on to shoot his two with nobody on the line, or does another player shoot them? How about if A1 was ejected with a flagrant, would he stay to shoot his bonus shots first? I know I should know this, but I've never had it happen before.

his sub would shoot -- I dont have the rule book infront of me but I cannot imagine a player DQ'd allowed to shoot free throws -- he got dq'd before he could shoot -- there fore he doesnt get to shoot -- his sub does.
