Since I am new to officiating BB I feel compelled to ask ...
WHO CARES what color the headband is, or if it's multicolored, or if the color of the undershirt isn't similar in color to the jersey??? Now I understand, as it relates to the officials, it really doesn't matter; it's in the rulebook and therefore it is, and I'll enforce it when/if I officiate school teams (rec. for now). But can anybody enlighten me as to why NFHS or the state associations should even care, much less, make it a POE.
